The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) are concluded between :
On one hand :
MISS JUNE PARIS - BROD'STYL INTERNATIONAL SAS, registered with the SIRET : 42125872400028, having its headquarters at 41, rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, hereinafter referred to as "MISS JUNE PARIS",
On the other hand :
Any individual wishing to make purchases for personal purposes through the websites www.miss-june.com or www.miss-june.us will hereinafter be referred to as "User" or "Client".
The User declares to have read these GTC before placing any order for products or services. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of the GTC. The latter prevail over any other version or contradictory documents.
The present GTC define the contractual relations between MISS JUNE PARIS and the User as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the online store of MISS JUNE PARIS www.miss-june.com or www.miss-june.us (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
The user agrees to use the Site for strictly personal and non-commercial use. Any resale is prohibited within the meaning of Article L 110-1 of the Commercial Code.
Access to the Site is reserved for individuals aged at least 18 years who have legal capacity or parental authorization.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.
The present GTC define the contractual relations between MISS JUNE PARIS and the User as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the online store of MISS JUNE PARIS www.miss-june.com or www.miss-june.us (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
The user agrees to use the Site for strictly personal and non-commercial use. Any resale is prohibited within the meaning of Article L 110-1 of the Commercial Code.
Access to the Site is reserved for persons aged at least 18 years who have legal capacity or parental authorization.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.
The main characteristics of the products are detailed on the descriptive sheets available on the Site.
The user is warned that the photographs, images, and colors of the products presented may differ slightly from the actual shades due to the settings of the screen or browser used.
The products are offered within the limits of available stock.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They do not include processing, packaging, and delivery fees, which are specified before order validation.
In case of changes in taxes, including VAT, these changes may be reflected in the price of the products.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those in effect on the date of order validation.
The data recorded by the Site serves as proof of transactions, just like those recorded by the payment system for financial transactions.

4.1 Ordering Process
The User has the option to place an order in two ways:
- Online, by accessing the Site's catalog.
- By phone, using the references available in the paper or internet catalogs.
It is necessary to register on the Site to finalize an order. During this registration, the User can choose to place an order either as a guest or by creating an account. The identifiers are strictly personal and, in case of loss or forgetfulness, the User must contact Customer Service for assistance.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.
4.2 Product Availability
MISS JUNE PARIS commits to honoring orders within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, a solution (replacement, cancellation, or refund) will be proposed.
In certain cases, particularly in the event of non-payment, incorrect address, or other issues with the user's account, MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to block the user's order until the issue is resolved.

Payment by PayPal
PayPal: PayPal is a reliable and secure method for making online purchases. Payment via Stripe

5.2 Failed or suspected fraudulent payment
In the event that a payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled and the items will be restocked. MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to suspend any transaction in the event that fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected. Any fraudulent use of a payment method may be reported to the competent authorities. Furthermore, MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to restrict or block access to the account of the concerned user for the time necessary to resolve the issue. This procedure aims to ensure the security of your transactions and to maintain trust between our customers and us.
6.1 Delivery service providers
Delivery of your orders is generally handled by Colissimo – La Poste. However, we reserve the right to change the carrier without prior notice. Delivery or shipping fees will be indicated at the time of placing your order and apply only to the products ordered. These fees correspond to the rates usually charged by the carrier. In order to keep delivery costs moderate, MISS JUNE PARIS covers part of these fees. 6.3 Exceptional periods
During exceptional periods, such as strikes, natural disasters, health crises or other unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended beyond the control of MISS JUNE PARIS. These circumstances may also lead to restrictions on certain delivery methods or cause unexpected delays.
6.4 Customs fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes (VAT, import duties, etc.) may be required by the local authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the User. MISS JUNE PARIS is not required to inform the User of the fees or taxes applicable in their country. We recommend that the User check with the relevant authorities before finalizing their order.
6.5 Specific conditions – Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina
For deliveries to Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, prices displayed on the Site are shown excluding taxes.
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and handling fees applied by local authorities remain exclusively the responsibility of the Customer. Their amount depends on the legislation in force in the destination country and cannot be determined by MISS JUNE PARIS at the time of the order.
The Customer is invited to check with local customs authorities regarding applicable import conditions before confirming their order.
Non-receipt of the parcel
In the event that the order is not received due to a customs hold, the Customer’s refusal to pay local taxes, or failure to collect the parcel within the required timeframe, the parcel may be returned to MISS JUNE PARIS.
In this case, MISS JUNE PARIS will refund the product(s), minus:
- outbound shipping costs,
- and, where applicable, return shipping costs charged by the carrier.
No refund of any customs duties or local taxes paid by the Customer will be made.
Delivery integrity guarantee
In the event of loss or non-delivery exclusively attributable to the carrier, and after written confirmation from the carrier, MISS JUNE PARIS will either reship the product (subject to availability) or fully refund the order (excluding any local taxes already applied).
Specifics – Brazil
For deliveries to Brazil, the Customer must provide a Brazilian tax identification number (CPF for individuals / CNPJ for businesses) when placing the order. This number is required for customs formalities and delivery within Brazil.
In the event of missing or incorrect information preventing delivery, the parcel may be returned to MISS JUNE PARIS. In this case, the refund will be made minus:
- outbound shipping costs,
- and return shipping costs incurred.
Data protection
The tax number required for deliveries to Brazil is used exclusively for customs formalities and the transportation of goods. It is processed in accordance with Brazilian regulations and the GDPR.
7.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User has a period of 15 days (or 30 days for Australia) from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

7.2 Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:
- Items must be returned in new condition, complete, with the original tags and accessories.
- Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will be refused.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The User must:
Include the completed return form, including: RETURN SERVICE.
- The order number (9 letters),
- First and last name,
- The reason for the return.
Send the items in their original packaging (or in suitable packaging that ensures the product is protected).
7.3 Refund terms
The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return is received and approved in our warehouses.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
MISS JUNE PARIS will notify the User by email as soon as the return has been received and accepted.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
All items are subject to a legal warranty of conformity (Article L211-1 of the Consumer Code) and a warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code) allowing the return of defective delivered items. Except in the case of a legal warranty, any transaction between MISS JUNE PARIS and the users, not contested within 3 months, cannot give rise to a claim.
Some items also benefit from contractual warranties that exceed the legal warranty. For example, certain textile items with a specific mention.
Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is obliged to deliver a good that conforms to the contract and is liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. They are also liable for conformity defects resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when the latter has been charged to them by the contract or has been carried out under their responsibility.
Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code: To be in conformity with the contract, the good must;
1 º Be suitable for the usual use expected of a similar good and, where applicable: - correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that they presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; - present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in light of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer, or by their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
2 º Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and accepted by them.
Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from the lack of conformity is limited to two years from the delivery of the good.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is liable for the warranty due to hidden defects of the sold item that render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or that diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have only given a lower price if they had known of them.
Article 1648 al 1 of the Civil Code: The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within a period of two years from the discovery of the defect.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to collect data on the user, specifically through the use of cookies. The collection of data by MISS JUNE, the data controller, is necessary to address the user's requests.
By providing MISS JUNE with their email, the user will be able to receive an order confirmation. Depending on the choice made during the creation or consultation of their account, the user may receive offers from MISS JUNE PARIS as well as from commercial partners, via email, phone, or SMS as indicated during account creation.
It is our responsibility to ensure that the personal data we hold is accurate.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete personal data concerning them.
All elements of the MISS JUNE PARIS site, whether visual or auditory, including the underlying technology, content are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents.
Thus, none of the documents from the MISS JUNE PARIS site may be copied, reproduced, published, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except under the following conditions: it is possible to download a copy of the documents onto a computer for your personal use and only for non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not modify the information and that you keep intact all copyrights and other ownership notices. Modifying these documents or using them for another purpose constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of MISS JUNE.

On the other hand, any hyperlink referring to the MISS JUNE PARIS site and using framing or in-line linking techniques is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link must be removed at the simple request of the company BROD'STYL INTERNATIONAL SAS | MISS JUNE PARIS. The trademarks, logos, designs, and models appearing on this site are the exclusive property of MISS JUNE Paris. Their disclosure may in no case be interpreted as granting a license or right to use said trademarks and distinctive elements protected by copyright. They cannot therefore be used under penalty of infringement.
MISS JUNE may send Users commercial offers by mail, email, SMS, phone, or through all web spaces managed by MISS JUNE PARIS or any of its subsidiaries on social networks, subject to prior acceptance.
12.1 Duration
The present conditions apply for the entire duration of the online provision of services offered by the company MISS JUNE.
Proof, retention, and archiving of transactions
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of MISS JUNE PARIS and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders, and payments made between the parties.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in such a way as to correspond to a faithful and lasting copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
12.2 Applicable law and consequences
The present conditions are subject to French law. The competent court in case of dispute will be that of the defendant's domicile or, at the plaintiff's choice, the place of actual delivery of the product.
This site complies with French legislation, and under no circumstances does MISS JUNE PARIS guarantee compliance with the local legislation that may apply to you, as you access the site from other countries.
