In line with the French CNIL recommendation of 14 April 2026, we inform you that our marketing emails (newsletters, offers) contain a tracking pixel: a small invisible image that tells us whether the email was opened.
Purposes: measuring interest in our communications, adapting their content and frequency, and removing inactive contacts from our lists.
Your choice: you can object to this individual measurement at any time, without affecting delivery of our emails: via the "Manage email open tracking" link in the footer of every email, or from your customer account ("Email tracking" section). Emails strictly required for the service (order confirmation, shipping) are not concerned by this marketing measurement.
Processor: our emails are delivered by Brevo (France). Measurement data is kept for a maximum of 3 years.
Notice for California residents. This section applies to visitors and customers of miss-june.us who live in California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Effective October 28, 2026.
What we collect. Identifiers (name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address), order and payment history (card details are handled by our payment providers, never stored by us), browsing activity on our site and the opening of our emails, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect it from you, from your device, and from our service providers (payment, delivery, email).
Why. To process and deliver your orders, run your account and customer service, send the emails you agreed to, measure and improve our site, and show you relevant advertising.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies (for example Google and Meta) may count as « sharing » for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time from the Cookie preferences link, available on every page. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Your rights. You may ask us to tell you which personal information we collected about you and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to make a request. Email webmaster@miss-june.com from the address linked to your account, with « California privacy request » as the subject. We will verify your identity by matching information we already hold, and answer within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days, in which case we will tell you). An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
Retention. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for orders, accounting and legal obligations; inactive profiles may be deleted as described above.
