A floral blouse cut in modal
Modal gives the Lauriane Blouse a silky hand and a heavier fall than cotton has. The blue is delicate, brought to life by a floral print. Scalloped lace traces the shoulders and runs down the front.
Modal and scalloped lace
The fabric is 100% modal, soft to the touch and slow to crease. The lace draws a clear line across the shoulder, then follows the front: it is the detail that sets the piece apart from a distance. At 84 cm across the chest the blouse floats rather than clings, and the sleeves measure 55 cm.
How to wear it in cooler months
It carries volume well: straight denim, heeled boots, a long coat left open over the top. A second idea is a long skirt with opaque tights and a cropped cardigan, the floral print kept in view between the panels. A scarf knotted high finishes the line. Lace along the shoulder stays visible under an open coat.

One size, FR 36 to 40 (UK 8 to 12, US 4 to 8, S/M), a little closer than the rest of the collection. Total length 65 cm, sleeve length 55 cm, chest 84 cm (measured flat, garment laid out). Our model Maria is 171 cm tall.
Care
Take this piece to a dry cleaner. The house recommends dry cleaning to hold the shape of the fabric and keep the colour clean and even. A little steam is enough to freshen it between wears.
