The Clementine dress, crepe in motion
A short cut, a silky drape, a beige multicolour print that sits easily beside camel, black or deep green. The Clementine dress holds its line across the shoulders, then falls loose to the hem. Belt it to mark the waist, or leave it free on the days you want room to move.
Viscose crepe, belt and inner slip
It is cut from viscose crepe, a light-grained fabric that keeps its movement and creases very little. An inner slip is included and does the work of a lining, so nothing else is needed underneath. The sleeves are long, 65 cm, gathered at the wrists with an elastic, and the matching belt comes with the dress.
How to wear it
Mid-season: a fine roll-neck underneath, the dress over it, the belt knotted high on the waist, ankle boots with a square heel. When the temperature really drops, add opaque tights, a cropped knit open on the shoulders and a long coat belted over everything. The print takes to brown leather as well as it does to black.

One size, fitting FR 38 to 42 (UK 10 to 14, US 6 to 10). Total length 93 cm, sleeve length 65 cm, chest 66 cm, measured flat, garment laid out. In the photographs Pauline is 172 cm tall.
Care
Dry cleaning only, as the house recommends across the collection. The fibre keeps its drape and the original depth of its colour. Hang the piece on a wide hanger as soon as it comes back.
