The Axelle Blouse sits loose across the shoulders and falls straight at the waist, in a finely striped ecru beige. The front panel is embroidered and the round neckline fastens with ties finished with pompoms. The long sleeves are full and gather at the wrist.

The fabric is 100% cotton, dry to the touch and softer the more it is worn. Embroidery runs across the front panel and picks up again at the top of the sleeves, exactly where the eye lands first. Long sleeves are the cool-weather argument here: they cover the arm down to the wrist, where the pompom ties draw them in.
How to wear it in between seasons
Under a cropped fine-knit jumper the blouse shows at the cuffs and the hem, embroidery still in view; layering gets no simpler than that. Or raw denim, square-heeled ankle boots and a leather jacket over the shoulders once the evening turns. A thin roll-neck underneath takes it well into winter.

Care
A dry cleaner, and nothing else. The dry cleaning the house recommends is gentle on the embroidery threads, which a harsher treatment would eventually pull. Keep the piece on a wide hanger, out of the light.
